Change of Business Entity in Overseas Business

Dear Valued Customers,
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to you with regard to your continuous support to Optizone over the years. It has been our honor to be able to cooperate with you.
In view with our company growth over the past years, also, in line with our development plan in the forthcoming 3 years, our management has made a decision with regard to change of business entity in overseas business. As of 1 September 2021, all business transactions will be dealt with via our Shenzhen factory instead of our HK office. This means that we will be acting on behalf of Optizone Technology (Shenzhen) Limited instead of Optizone Technology Limited.
1. We would require all our customers to issue official orders to Optizone Technology (Shenzhen) Limited.
2. Shipment will be arranged directly from our factory. This means that shipment is FOB Shenzhen, instead of FOB Hong Kong.
3. And hence payment from customers will also be wire transfer to a designated company bank account in Shenzhen.
Please feel free to contact our sales team should you have any doubts. Meanwhile, our sales team will be in contact with you later to discuss more in details about such change in business entity.
